Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Spain: 2-5 working days (Free from 100€)
Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5-10 business days (Free from 100€)
Europe: 5-10 working days (Free from 180€)
Rest of the world: 10-15 working days (Free from 180€)
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number(s).
Damages
Tenace is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipment. When products leave the warehouse they will leave in perfect condition, therefore, if you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packing materials and damaged products before filing a claim.
