1. How often should the protections be washed?
- If you train daily: at least 2 times a week
- If you sweat a lot or train in hot weather: after each workout
- If you let them air dry without washing them: risk of fungi or bacteria

Wash them every 2-3 uses. How do I wash them?
- Wash them by hand with cold or warm water (max. 30ºC) .
- Use neutral soap or mild detergent .
- Scrub gently. Do not use hard brushes or abrasive sponges.
- Rinse well to remove any soap residue.
- Let them dry in the open air, without direct exposure to the sun .
🚫 Do not use a washing machine or dryer : this may deform the padding or damage the seams.

Since they're not made of cotton, you don't breathe as much. If you train daily, you can use alcohol-free disinfectant wipes on the inside of the earmuffs after each use to prolong the need for cleaning. Otherwise, wash them every 5-6 uses. How?
- Clean with a damp cloth and neutral soap , without rubbing hard.
- DO NOT use rough sponges or scouring pads .
- If sweat has accumulated, wipe the inside of the earmuff with diluted white vinegar (1:1 with water) and then dry with a microfiber cloth.
- Let it dry in the shade, ventilated, without direct heat.

3. Tenace Knee Braces
How to wash them:
- Fill a basin or container with cold water .
- Add mild detergent or liquid soap without harsh perfumes.
- Immerse the knee pads without bending them too much , so as not to strain the lateral stabilizers.
- Let them soak for 10-15 minutes.
- Gently rub the areas most exposed to sweat or tatami.
- Rinse with plenty of water.
- Air dry in a horizontal position , so as not to deform the internal metal plates.
🚫 Do not use a washing machine, spin cycle, or dryer . Movement can damage the interior and cause looseness in the stabilizers.

How to wash them?
- Wash them by hand or in a washing bag inside the washing machine , on a short cycle, cold water (max. 30ºC).
- If you wash by hand, use neutral soap and let it soak for 10 minutes.
- Rinse well and do not wring vigorously .
- Air dry. Avoid direct sunlight or radiators.

Tips: Keep your protections in perfect condition
- Avoid washing them with towels or clothing that rubs hard. If you use a washing machine (for elbow pads), protect them with a mesh bag.
- After each use, let them air out. Don't put them in your backpack while wet or sealed.
- Do not use fabric softeners or bleach. They damage technical fabrics and reduce elasticity.
- Disinfect occasionally with diluted white vinegar or antibacterial textile sprays (alcohol-free).
